I have made this every weekend for the last couple of weeks. The recipe is wonderful and healthy as is, however, this weekend I threw in some ice and substituted the plain yogurt with Yoplait 99% fat free Orange Creme.. gave it a wonderful kick!

I've tried Ellie's recipe as is a number of times and I just don't like the flavor of it. I'm not sure what it is, so I ended up substituting orange juice for the milk and I really like the fresh zing the OJ gives the smoothie. I'm sure it's not as healthy with the juice, but I like it better.

I loved this recipe. It's not too sweet and has a wonderful tang. It's perfect. I am watching my refined sugar intake and this recipe is perfect for that cause it's no sugar add. It simple and yummy.

I made this smoothie with mixed berries and it was delicious and easy to make. It could be made with any frozen fruit.
