    The completed dish is delicious and very pretty. It is so easy to prepare, and now I have another use for my cilantro pesto. When I am tossing the squash with butter I add the pesto instead of the suggested herbs. Thank you Emeril!

    I made this tonight with fresh herbs growing in my window sill. I only had parsley and oregano, it was delicious with only those herbs. I sauteed a minced garlic clove with the butter, and I did add a bit of parmeggano reggiano cheese and it really gave this dish some cheesy kick! With these modifications, I would rate the revised version I made 5 stars. It was 4 stars without because it needed a "kick" of some kind.

    Don't put too much sage...it's very overpowering...
    Also...the squash seemed a little watery...next time I'll put less than what the recipe calls for.

    I prepared the spagetti squash recipe last night & we both enjoyed it immensely. One can add whatever herbs they enjoy. I used most of Emeril's suggestions.
    Especially a great idea since it is faux pasta & has nutritious benefit.
