    I was never a fan of meatloaf until I gave this recipe a try. I have yet to have anyone not like it in the many times I've made it. I normally omit the bread but do follow the recipe as written otherwise. Always a winner.

    I made this meatloaf for my daughters birthday. This is her favorite meal so I thought since she is an adult now I would try and new meatloaf recipe. Mine is just ho hum good. I made Tyler's Dad's meatloaf and OMG everyone loved it. Usually I have plenty of leftovers but this was completely gone after we ate. I am making it again tonight because my husband only had one piece and he was looking forward to more. Sorry honey it was so great the kids ate it all. My grandkids are picky about things but they all loved this. I would not change one thing about this. Make this and you will have a favorite recipe for meatloaf for life. : Thanks Tyler

    My man LOVES meatloaf, but I'm not a big fan. This recipe changed my mind! All I can say is "WOW!!!". From the tomato relish to the bacon on top, so good! Tyler you did it a gain!! Thanks!!!

    This recipe was so delicious! I used 1& 1/2 lb ground pork vs. 1 lb ground beef. It was so moist and yummy. We will definitely make this recipe again!

    I use ground sirloin. I added 1/2lb. more of Jimmy Dean Sage Pork sausage to recipe, gave it more a herb flavor to it. I use sour cream on on the side.

    Absolutely my favorite meatloaf recipe - EVER! I only use ground sirloin and pork, but every thing else in this recipe remains constant. I serve it with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans, and a salad. This is my wife's "treat meal." She's take this meatloaf over a filet!!! Thanks for the recipe.

    Great meat loaf recipe. Since I was only serving 3 people, I omitted the ground pork and used only 1 pound ground beef. I also divided all ingredients in half. Meat loaf was cooked in microwave for 15 minutes. It came out very moist and tasty. Bacon seemed to enhance the flavor. Am anxious to try it in oven when time permits.

    Great way to serve meatloaf! The bacon was what made it extra special, I think. It is a very wet mixture and I wasn't sure if it was going to stay in a loaf form, but it did!
