Obviously a typo with the baking powder. I may try them again and omit it altogether. The honey butter was good though.

Very tasty, especially with the honey butter. Try with a little cinnamon and sugar on top or mix pumpkin pie spice into the batter

I think there may be a mistake in the recipe. The bicuits turn out very salty and do not rise at all.

I would have made these biscuits wrong if I followed the recipe. I watched her make them on TV. No Baking Powder/soda is needed. And when you are finished you have to knead more flour into the dough until the desired consistency is reached. I used almost a 1/2 cup more flour.

The biscuits came out light and fluffy. I will be making these again.

Watching the show today, I noticed she is using self-rising flour and NO added baking powder (normally not needed if self-rising flour is used - so I think the extra 4 tablespoons must be a mistake. I haven't made this yet - but it sounds good!

There must be something wrong with this recipe ... I suspect the 4 TABLESPOONS of baking powder was a typo; however, even 4 teaspoons of baking powder seems excessive. The biscuits were absolutely awful.
