I added the 1/3 cup of honey, but it was too sweet so i added a half stick of butter and it tasted great. I use it on my toast for breakfast.

Paula has an Easy Squeeze Honey Butter Recipe on her website. It tastes so good. Check it out!

    Ingredients:

    1 bottle of squeeze margarine
1/4 cup honey or to taste
    Directions

Open squeeze bottle and pour out about 1/4 of the butter and store for later use. Add honey and stir with a long teaspoon or a wooden skewer. Squeeze onto hot biscuits.

    Yield: 2-3 cups
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Ease of preparation: easy

Butter was very good with the bisquits. I just think next time I will use a lot less honey. A little definately goes a long way.

I made this along with Paula's sweet potato biscuits. It was a big hit during Christmas dinner! However, I did add a little too much honey.. but now I know, less is more.

After reading the reviews, I opted to make the sweet potato biscuits from Cooking Live instead of Paula's. This butter was delicious and would be on any biscuit. Worked well even though I substituted Smart Balance for butter.

OK, I admit it - I missed the Honey Butter segment, but I've gotta ask: Where do the mixed nuts come into the picture? And: Is there an approximate amount of orange zest that you are supposed to use?

Perhaps I'll go a little lighter on the honey the next time to keep this firm ... or wait longer while it sits in the fridge (but who can wait for honey butter...?.
