One of the very best stuffed mushrooms. I don't even like mushroom, but with this it was great. Very easy to make and easy to get ingredients. Also stuffed tomatoes with the sausage, great.

I made these for my own dinner one night and I loved it! I omitted the raisins because I don't care for them and the taste was absolutely delicious. I will make these again!
