I, too, made all 3 meals from this episode and we really enjoyed them all and the beef was definitely put to good use. However, as other reviewers noted, the dressing was too bland. It needs something to spice it up so next time I make this, I may add the ingredients some of the other reviewers discussed. Otherwise, I really liked it. I also toasted some almonds and added to this dish to add a little more crunch and I added more lettuce since there was so much meat. I will definitely make again, with some tweaks.

I followed Robin Miller's 3 meals this week. I was impressed by the asian beef salad because it literally took me 5 minutes to get on the table with my pre-cooked, pre-shredded beef from the day before. It was also very tasty and healthy too!

This is good but bland. It is VERY good with the additions from the previous review - Add 3T lime juice, 1T fish sauce, 1/4t sugar and 1/2t lemon juice.

I read the review prior to making, so I added 1 tsp of hot sauce to the salad dressing. It gave it a little kick without overpowering the beef. My husband and I enjoyed the entire series and plan on making it again.

I gave this four instead of five stars due to the need to add a few more ingredients to the dressing. We made it according to the directions and I agree with previous reviewers that it just lacked something. On our second time around, we added these: 3T lime juice, 1T Asian fish sauce, 1/4 t sugar, and 1/2t lemon juice. It made the dish perfect. I highly recommend this series.

This has no zip. In fact the whole series on this meal was a zero...and 5 Lbs of meat in the process. My husband wouldn't eat it. I had to prepare another meal.

This was an OK salad. The dressing definately lacks some flavor - it needs to have a sweeter flavor. It basically tasted like chicken broth with a hint of sesame. I'd serve the salad again, but with a different dressing.
