It's good but I've had better and the prep time was close to an hour. Be prepared for lots of pots, pans and dishes afterwards.

I saw the show on Saturday and made the dish on Sunday. I found it to be pretty easy to make and gave me a great recipe to use my herb garden for. This has to be the best Chicken Pargigiana I have ever had. I plan to make it for our friends next time they come over. It is sure to be another dish they will wonder how they will ever match.

A bit of a rough start, need to make sure you read the entire recipe and lay the stuff out in order, but the dish is excellent!!!!!

I made this recipe for a friend's birthday and I don't think he looked up once! Although I substituted the breadcrumbs with panko style breadcrumbs, Tyler's recipe is dead on!

Don't be deceived by the current four star average for this outstanding recipe; the well-deserved fives every single other reviewer has given are being pulled down by the lone star from one person who *admits* not even having made it yet! (By the way, the ingredient list says a tablespoon of milk, Tyler used milk on the show but like most chefs rarely needs actually to measure, it's MILK; the directions mistakenly say water... get over it.
This was without a doubt the best chicken pamigiana I've ever had. The aroma alone lured my 20 year old son from his basement lair half an hour before dinner time. I left the olives out because I'm not a big fan and the sauce still was spectacular; if you're an olive lover, I'm sure their inclusion will add to your enjoyment. The chicken itself was so moist and juicy it was almost unrecognizable as the same tough, dried out dish that usually comes to mind. I will never order it in a restaurant again.
