Incredibly easy! I have never fried chicken before and my boyfriend loved it. The sauce was really delicious and the olives are the perfect touch. Two things: 1. Make sure the mozzarella slices are really thin and 2. The pasta is too much, next time I am going to make it with rice or garlic bread instead.

What a delicious recipe! I made this as a special dinner for my Hubs. I made the sauce first and before I could make the chicken parm, he came home and was very hungry. I put a pot of spaghetti on and we ate the sauce over the pasta... it was incredibly good with freshly shaved parmesan regianno cheese to top it off.

Later I made the chicken parmesan and baked it like the recipe called for and that was terribly pleasing, too! We ate dinner again!

One suggestion about the amount of salt to add to the sauce. . . go sparingly because the olives are salty to begin with and the canned tomatoes also have salt added.

I'll be making this recipe again and again. Thanks Tyler!

One word. WOW! This is the bomb. The chicken is incredible and it's the best garlic bread I've ever made or ate. (see the episode to get the garlic bread recipe

The only thing I did differently was to add parmesan and some more fresh basil and also some parsley to the spaghetti as I stirred the noodles into the sauce.

My tomatoes also had more water content than Tyler's but a little simmering for a half hour cured that.

Next time I am going to add green pepper and fresh mushrooms to the sauce not because the original wasn't super terrific, but because we like those two veggies in spaghetti sauce.

I love the way Tyler cooks, he makes everything easy to do even if it seems like a difficult dish.

This is a fantastic dish! Spouse is not a chicken fan at all and he went back for seconds. You can always count on Tyler when you want your dish to be extra special. Not always the easiest but for sure always the best. I have been watching Food Network since the earth was flat and he is one of the best chefs there. He deserves more attention.

There were so many recipes to go over before I finally decided on this one and boy am I glad I did. The only thing I did differently was not to add the olives. I also lightly seasoned my chicken before dredging and lastly I used panko (seasoned with italian seasoning mixed with the parm because I think that it stays crunchier longer than bread crumbs. This was my first time making, but not my last and I highly recommend this dish. I have only made a couple of Tyler's recipes and so far everything has been a hit. You go Tyler! Tyler's chicken enchilada's are to die for.

Tyler is always great, I love everything he does, Keep it up Tyler!
I will put it this way, I rather go for the white sauce but he has made it look so good i am going with the red sauce.
So he is that good! Thanks Tyler
