OKAY! I made this drink. But, I wasn't crazy about that raspberry taste. Also, the Chambord makes it taste like an all together different drink. So, I used the basic ingredients called for, EXCEPT I omitted the Chambord, and Added 1 teaspoon of Cream of Coconut. This makes the butterscotch liqueur much creamier! To me, that is what makes it BUTTER!

I just made this recipe after seeing it on tv over 2 years ago (I made the one that was aired. I don't understand or like the pineapple juice added. I agree it probably needed something more than the vodka and schnapps however maybe a simple syrup would have sufficed. I love the idea...I think we are almost there...just need to alter the juice. I haven't tried ti with the Chambourd.

So delicious, especially if you love butterscotch hard candies. A definite treat!

My friend saw Sandra make this on her show and told me about it as we both love martinis. This is one of the tastiest martinis I have ever had. I did not add the Chambord. I also use plain vodka because that is what my friend told me was in it. The next time I make it I will try it with vanilla vodka. This is a great drink. Thanks Sandra

My friend and I made this for our cocktail time blog (http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/. She liked it, I didn't. I couldn't handle the vanilla vodka and pineapple juice. I think it would be much tastier with plain vodka.

Not very good. The butterscotch and pineapple flavors didn't taste that great to me or my husband. Added Orange juice since it needed something. The oj made it taste better however I wouldn't make it again.

I made this just from memory of the show, which was without the Chambord and it is out of this world good. It has such a smooth buttery taste. Had two at home and then went to a bar and asked for one and gave the instructions and it was just as wonderful. Thank you Sandra for another fantastic cocktail. Love your show.

Yum! This is a great cocktail! I did do the one from the show, sans the chambord. I like all the ingredients..but would never have thought to mix them. But it sure is delicious! Great and easy for entertaining all times of the year! Thanks Sandra!!

The other reviews are correct, this was not the same as aired on the show. The ingredients and ratio on the show was: 2 parts Vanilla Vodka, 2 parts Butterscotch schnapps, and 1 part pineapple juice.

    Very Good!
