Me and my husband love Aaron since day1 of next iron chef. Huge fans! The only things we changed in this recipe were fresh pasta sheets from our local italian grocer(so much easier, less breakage and so much yummier added garlic(around 3-5 cloves and instead of cottage cheese we did ricotta also we used italian breadcrumbs. Thank you Aaron you've been an inspiration!!

The lasagna bites are just one of my favorites! What I like most about BDH's is the easy access to everyday ingredients that you can find in your local market. Everything that I've made from his show was a huge hit! Thanks Big Daddy, keep the recipes coming!!

Absolutely delicious and fun! Loved the dipping sauce, just the right amount of spice. Made them for the family but looking forward to making them for a crowd. We love Aaron McCargo and his recipes.

I thought I would try this to share with a cooking Bible Study for my ladies. It was a hit! It was so easy and they came out great. I left out the cottage cheese and added more shredded cheese and it was still delicious. I highly recommend this recipe and it also looked great on the plate!

This recipe is great. I made it for a big hawaiian pot lock and it fit in just fine. Everyone enjoyed it. I look forward every Sunday morning for his show. I enjoy watching Big Daddy's House show. He is probably the best show right now. He is down home..great personality. He cooks our style cooking. His recipes are terrific. Keep up the good work Aaron. My grown up sons enjoy his recipes too!! Thanks!!

awesome bites they were wonderful! you can do enchildas wih manicotti shells too, except you bake it. thanks for the recipe.
