    We really enjoyed this....Don't remember the last time I had angel food cake....now it's a keeper...I think I'm going to use the mango sauce also for my chicken quesadillas....

    I served this twice (different guests I topped it with blueberries and another with raspberries. Fast quick and light. very pleasant
