This recipe is a flavorful meatloaf recipe. It is not too different but has a new twist. It is easy and quick. My better half aka "give me an old fashioned meatloaf" loved it!!!

Tasted great, sauce was perfect (will make sauce for other foods as well. Texture however was not good, I will make this again and try adding more bread crumbs. EXCELLENT TASTE!!!

This meatloaf was a hit. I used Ground turkey, Mild Sausage and Sweet Sausage.
My guests even complimented how tasty it was. I'll be serving this again.

I loved this meatloaf - it was moist and full of veggies and flavor. I saw Rachel make it and went right online to get the recipe and made it myself last night. It was a big hit with the family. I didn't make the sauce but used gravy instead. Honestly, the gravy wasn't needed because it was so good on its own. Highly recommended.

This recipe was wonderful! The sausage and veggies add a wonderful twist to regular meatloaf. My husband loved it! This will definitely be a regular in our house.

I'm not a big fan of meatloafs, but this recipe is superb, and my family agrees; I thought I would have leftovers, but that didn't happen! The sauce has a nice robust tomato flavor with just enough kick to compliment the sausage and burger.

I haven't made this recipe for a few months, but with today being our anniversary, the first thing I thought to make was this meatloaf since we both absolutely loved it. I do agree with the people that the prep time is quite a bit longer than what the recipe calls for, but it is SO worth it. I'm going to use someone's advice about using the leftover meat in a spaghetti sauce tomorrow night. YUMMO!!!

I made this for dinner tonight and was just informed by my husband, the non-cook, that this recipe will now be our new standard meatloaf recipe. Quite a compliment for a foodie to like something so much that the recipe earns it's way into the keeper file after just one meal. The sauce is key--depth of flavors are wonderful. I thought the veggies might have been too big, but they were perfect at a small chop size.
