So I am no Rachael Rae and I think 30 minutes was not enough time to cook this recipe, but none the less, it was excellent when it was all done! My normally picky boyfriend said that it was excellent and wants me to make it again!

We loved this! My husband is very picky, and I have to sneak veggies into things--they worked well in this recipe and he dubbed the dish a keeper. The sauce was tangy, sweet, and spicy, as all good BBQ sauces should be, but this one had that Italian twist that was so good! Thanks for giving me another "go-to" recipe!

We subbed turkey for the beef and used chicken sausage and made these into 8 burgers, thinking my wife and I would eat them. The plate was wiped out and everyone asked us to make more. Savory and different with a lower fat twist.

Also had to give this a try. Glad I did because I cleaned stuff outta the fridge/freezer too while making a great dinner to boot. Lunch will be good tomorrow!! Thanks R.R. Love the Mag too.
