I'm not a big fan of flank steak, but I saw a nice looking one on sale and decided to give this recipe a try because of the quick prep time. The flavor was fantastic and my guests devoured it! I had to leave it on the grill a few minutes longer for the kids (it was too rare for their preference. I will be making this again!

This is fabulous! The easiest thing to make when entertaining or for just my husband and I. EVERYONE loves it!!! Don't forget to make the chimichurri as well. you can look it up from the episode that this recipe aired on.

Both my husband and I it was delicious. I cooked it in a cast iron pan on the stove top instead of a grill pan on the grill. Took 3 minutes per side to be medium rare.

I did cut the salt down to one teaspoon, and I didn't have garlic powder so I used garlic salt instead, which I cut the quantity in half. Turned out really good, but it was still very salty. I think if you cut the salt down and stick to garlic powder instead of garlic salt it will be fine.

Based on others review I reduced the salt by 1/3 to 2 teaspoons. Still too salty. Next time I will use no more than 1 teaspoon of salt. Great taste other wise.

Great taste, but too salty. Will use much less salt next time.

Excellent and easy. Grilled the steak outside on our gas grill for about 18 mins and it was perfectly medium, tasty, and tender. Everyone loved it!
