These were a huge hit! Great flavor, though next time I will add a bit of heat- either sriracha or jalapeño

Loved this recipe! I couldn't find lemongrass, so I made the marinade without it. It was still delicious. I also made a spicy peanut sauce and brushed it on the wings for the adults.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'm not even a wing fan. I get scared when I try to cook them and feel like it's a disaster waiting to happen.

Lo and behold: a wing recipe that pleased not only my skeptical self, but everyone who tasted the resultant tasty gems. Simple to make, this is a warhorse of a recipe that completely stole my heart. The perfect wing.

I made these wings for my family and they loved them. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. I will definately make these again.

This is a great recipe...a party of flavors in your mouth. I was in a bit of a rush and only marinated for 2 hours before grilling...can't imagine the flavor if I'd left overnight like recommended. Also, I couldn't find lemongrass so I skipped...would think it would have balanced things nicely but fine without. Also, rather than peanuts, I used peanut butter, which was great. i would recommend this recipe. Awesome!

I made these for my son's HS grad BBQ party.

They were an instant hit! Can't wait for an "excuse" to make them again.

Dang these were some good wings!!! I was so impressed by the powerful flavors. Chicken wings can be tricky if you don't do them right, but this recipe was spot on. The only thing is that I did not grill them, I broiled them.

I served these and they disappeared so quickly. I can't wait to make them again.

The marinade was easy and quick to put together. I got a late start, and marinade time was only about 4 hours, but with the basting they had lots of flavor.
