I took a chance with trying this recipe for a dinner party. I loved the different flavors in the dressing combined with the citrus fruit.

I used canned ones but marinated them in the salad dressing to fiem them up a bit. They worked just fine.

I must say that rolling the goat cheese balls in 3 packets of orange cheese powder from mac n cheese boxes was a stroke of brilliance! My hubby's boss came for dinner so I used "Kraft Deluxe with Spirals". Also I would never have thought of making the dressing with half a gravy packet, buttermilk and lemonade concentrate but WOW!! It was light, hearty and healthy all the same time. My whole family says three cheers for CHEF Lee! This is good with frozen (defrosted spinach too. Give it a try!

This salad is scrumptious! The crumbled chocolate chip cookies are so much better than boring old croutons. What a creative idea!

I had never tried strawberry syrup in a salad before. The sweetness helped balance the sour citrus flavor of the fruit and really 'punched up' the spinach. Thx Chef Lee!

We don't ordinarily like canned black olives or bread and butter pickles in salad, but in this recipe they were delicious compliments to the spinach and citrus.

We especially enjoyed the ranch dressing with the marinated mushrooms.

The pasta spirals and eggs were lovely additions, but you need to eat it fast, since the acidic dressing breaks down the eggs pretty fast.
