This recipe was easy, but a bit more time consuming than I had originally thought. I left off the egg and it tasted just like a fancy version of grilled ham and cheese.

This was a very good recipe. I even got stuck on the phone for quite a bit and was a little negligent of the sauce (I also put the dijon in too soon but it turned out great. My hubby and I gobbled it down in minutes. Will make again and again!

Loved this. I loved the twist on the white sauce.

My very picky eater loved this one. Great for kids or man-children.

We had these sandwiches for dinner this evening. They were a nice change of pace. We served them with tomato soup, which worked nicely. Next time we will have them for brunch with some fresh fruit.

This was really good with Cheddar since I don't always have swiss around.

I loved this because it was fast and easy and the ingredients aren't that costly - also as Racheal said in the show, you usually have all of the ingredients already in your kitchen. I was in a hurry one day so I put mayo on the bread instead of the white sauce she made - and it was just as wonderful!
