    What a fantastic alternative to traditional potato salad! Very fresh and zippy! I was expecting my finicky hubby to balk about it...but he loved it as much as I did.

    I use the salad with the chicken dinner and the family loved it. They said it was a keeper! It's also nice because you can keep it warm!

    I've given out this to so many friends I cant even remember the number.
    My husband and myself like good potatoe
    salads and he was a little secptical about this one but when he tasted it he couldnt stop eating it.Great for a summer party you dont have to worry about the mayonaise
    going bad and too top it off the olive oil is really good for you. I willmake it Summer ,Winter or Fall. We loved it.
