So easy to make, having small children I don't have alot of time for preperation. I added a few spices to kick it up a notich. This receipie is now on the weekly rotation, thanks Tyler!

Another great and simple idea from Tyler. As he said "don't mess" too much. Turn only once so they don't break. He used Kosher Salt so add more or less salt or other spices to your own taste.

This is my go-to home fries recipe. I like to add some extra heat with cayenne pepper. My boyfriend requests these fries every other week!

These are really good. I could not get the cheese to stick to the fries and I have no idea why! I also added some seasonings to them to give them a little kick. My family loved them. Thank you Tyler!

We made these with chicken burgers for dinner tonight and they were AMAZING! After reading some reviews, I also set our oven to 460 and baked for 35 minutes. I cannot BELIEVE how crunchy these fries turned out!!!! I have made oven fries before, but they have never really turned crunchy... these did! I added some garlic+herb and Creole seasoning before baking to add a little more flavor. ABSOLUTELY wonderful recipe! YUM YUM YUM! We will be making these again and again!

This was the first let down I've ever had from a Tyler Florence recipe, and considering all the great reviews this recipe had I am very surprised by my result. These potatoes were awful! I'll stick to my usual method of roasting potatoes Ina's way, where I flavor them with rosemary and garlic before putting them in the oven.

Just as advertised. I added some Italian herbs at the end, along with the cheese. Mouth-wateringly goo; crunchy, yet tender inside.

I made these oven fries last night to go with steaks. I was planning on mashed potatoes but realized I was out of butter. These were delicious, super super easy and WAY healthier than my normal mashed potatoes (my butter obsession rivals Paula Dean's!. Will most definitely be making these again!

These french fries tasted delicious with my cheeseburgers tonight. It is a quick, easy go to recipe to use up those last 2 or 3 potatoes. It makes you want to not ever buy frozen fries again. I added cajun seasoning to my fries for a kick.
