Made this pesto recipe for my pesto pizza. It was so easy and great tasting!
Just the right amount of olive oil not to heavy.

Try using unsalted peanuts in the pesto instead of pine nuts! I made this change and it made the dish so much better

Is an awesome addition to this dish! We upped the garlic once, that was a bad idea. Thanks for a great recipe Ellie!

I didn't do anything different other than add a little onion which is a must in potato salad. Usually I love anything that has pesto in it but this time around the pesto didn't work with potatoes.

I've got a pint of freshly made walnut-arugula pesto which led me to this recipe. It's so easy it barely warrants a review, but the result was delicious. One thing I might do differently next time is to add some scallions or shallots to add an onion-y note that seems requisite in potato salad.

I love traditionsl potato salad, but after tasting this recipe I have a new favorite. I have made the pesto recipe several times and use it on pasta or baked pita chips. I cut the amount of olive oil in half and it turns out really well. Delicious and Healthy!

Easy to prepare and extremely tasty. I love it! I used an electric steamer for the potatoes instead of stove-top method.
