I thought this was a good recipe. My family thought there was a little too much vinegar in the dressing. I think next time I would reduce the vinegar in half. But other than that, I loved how quick and easy this was to make. I have made it with lean ground beef before in a pinch when I didn't have a steak on hand and it was even good that way. Great with spinach in place of the arugula too.

This recipe is amazing! It's been on my recipe box forever, and I had to make a comment about how delicious it is. I've been making it for 4 years, and it's definitely a family favorite. Will continue making it forever, thanks Giada!

I jokingly call this "man-catcher pasta," since all of the men in my life LOVE this dish, but it is really a misnomer because so do all the women! The steak is so simple yet so tasty- sometimes I'll even make the steak on its own! This is my go-to dish when I want something quick yet satisfying. The only changes I ever make is to add just a sprinkling of red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese at the end. I would be wary of which balsamic vinegar you use- in the past I have used different brands without sampling them first, and it has made the vinaigrette a too sweet for my liking.

Easy to make. Delicious! A family staple in our house. Even my teenager can (and does make this meal. When we have a hard time finding Arugula (which isn't oven, we've substituted Spinach - which is tasty too - just milder.

I wanted to like it, really, i did. With all the rave reviews i was expecting too. But this dish was very disappointing. The meat was good, and that was about it. Maybe the arugula is an aquired taste, i dunno. Sauce wasnt up to my expectations either. Oh well, at least i tried! Wont be making this again though.

This dressing is great. I made it for lunch tomorrow. I dressed the pasta, meat and put the arugula in a seperate container to mix tomorrow.
