I made this for a BBQ and it was really great. Loved that there was no mayo in it so we could leave it out a little longer. Ended up not cooking the corn and everything tasted so fresh.

. I used balsamic vinaigrette and no potatoes. Great starter dish. Very light and refreshing

This is really good and I will definitely make again. Add a tablespoon of dijon for a change.

Made it for a side with grilled burgers. Fantastic! Mix the lemon juice and olive oil before applying it - makes it easier. Will make it again!

I was not pleased with this recipe. It wasn't the worst thing I've cooked, but it is something I will not cook again. I was not crazy about the strong lemon flavor mixed with the onions. I will say though cleanup was a breeze since it only messed up one big pot.

This salad turned out great...I selected this recipe because I had an over abundance of tomatoes and basil in my garden and this recipe calls for allot of both ingredients. What a great find...I'll be making this recipe for years to come.

MY OH MY.....Delightful and titillating to the taste buds. I grilled the corn and onion on our gas grill. With a bouny of produce from the garden I will enjoy this recipe until the veggies play out.

We served this with grilled marinated chicken breasts and it was wonderful.
A few alterations, I left out the cherry tomatoes (didn't have enough and chopped the potatoes and steamed them over the corn as it cooked. Took the corn out and put in ice water while potatoes continued to cook. Then used the same ise water for potatoes and combined everything. I was pressed for time and found it easier to chop everything while waiting for water to boil.
Everyone loved it!

A one pot wonder. Took minutes to make and my guests all asked for the recipe. I didn't have basil the 1st time I made it, so I used parsley---now I like it better with the parsley than basil! I made it about 2 hours before the party so it wasn't a last minute dish and it tasted delicious.
