This is so refreshing. I'm trying new recipes that are more healthy for you. I fixed this around a holiday and when I did my shopping I couldn't find fresh corn. I guess everyone was eating corn on the cob that day. I used frozen corn instead. It worked beautifully. The basil really added a nice touch.

I wasn't able to find fresh basil, so I made it without that ingredient. However it was very tasty with everything else, looks beautiful with the yellow, red, and purple, and probably works out to about $1 per serving - very nice for my grad-student budget!! Don't be shy with the salt or pepper, since there's no other spices, and definately use your good olive oil, since that comprises much of the "dressing." Thanks, Dave, and please keep the great-value recipes coming!

This salad is like tasting summer all in one bite! The lemon dressing was light, the balance of flavors perfect. Served this for company with grilled chicken, and voila! Everyone was so impressed and it took no time at all.
Thanks, Dave!

I made this recipe for a picnic and it was a huge hit. It looks great and tastes great, and different from your everyday potato salad. Everyone wanted a copy of the recipe. I found a new favorite to bring to a party. Thanks for the great recipe.
