My Clafouti did not turn out:( I do not know where I went wrong, but the blueberries rose to the top and the batter stayed on the bottom. Like they did not blend together to form a solid bar like dessert? Please let me know if you know what I did wrong. Maybe over wisk? Anyway , this recipe did not work for me. I love Dave's Recipes and always look foward to making them.

Like everyone else that has written a review, I agree that it was very simple to prepare. Not overly sweet but hits you in the back of the tongue. It's not the prettiest dessert I've made but it went so fast I don't think anyone cared. Good summer recipe that can go with just about anything.

Very easy to make. It sweet but not too sweet. When taste it you get the hint of sweetness, but is not over powering. I definitly will serving this it my guests.
