After I shopped for the ingredients, I forgot the pepperoni and made the recipe without it and it still tasted great. I will definitely be making this again. My family loved it!!!

Such an easy, versatile recipe! I added sweet Italian sausage and fresh basil. Any of your favorite pizza toppings would work!

Tasted just like a Supreme pizza and was a big hit with the kids .. I did change a few things though - instead of using grated parm I opted for freshly shredded parm in the ricotta mixture and instead of topping with mozzarella I used a 5 cheese Italian blend and served with fresh baked Italian bread

I made it for me and my husband tonight and he loved it. I thought it was pretty good - the best part was how easy it is and reasonable the ingredients were to purchase. It definately tastes like pizza, but I got cred for cooking instead of making a phone call.
