    This recipe is not only easy, but it also tastes wonderful!! Enough to feed a small army!! I also sized it down for a couple people and it worked just as well!!

    The salad was very tasty but a lot of trouble and I thought the hominy was overshadowed by all the other ingredients. I halfed the recipe and still ended with a large quantity.

    This is a substantial, flavorful dish. This and some tortilla pieces for scooping is all that's necessary for a full meal.

    This dish is quite tasty, and my New Mexican friends enjoyed it. (Maybe its because posole and tomatillos aren't foreign foods here. This dish really shines if you put it and its companion recipe (chipotle potato salad onto a tortilla, for a tasty burrito!

    As other reviewers noted,there were many flavors going on here, but we thought it was what made this salad great. I used a jar of grilled red peppers instead of searching out the lesser known variety called for. The chips also added a textural variance that was great....hey--- my other half ate "salad" and liked it. What more could ya ask for? ! :

    After reading a couple reviews that said there were too many flavors in the salad I thought I would just make the chicken since it looked soo good on the show. I added a little too much spice but it still looked beautiful and tasted really good:
