Sandra, i love your shows and the amazing way you come up with these recipes. I have tried a lot of your recipes and love all of them. My favorite show is your Semi-homemade, thank you for sharing with your viewers.

Fantastic and super easy. I add extra cream - like 2 tbsp. I do not brush the outside with anything. I made with cranberries but prefer them without. EVERYONE loves them.

These scones are awesome and easy to make. My entire family (11,8,2 love them. I make them with whole milk only because I don't usually keep cream in the house. I have made them several times now and have never had issues with them being too dry. From what I understand, scones are supposed to be on the drier side, since they are usually dipped in tea or coffee. Will definitely continue to make these though looking for other ideas of things to add since someone has eaten all my chocolate chips!!

I loved these scones! I used butterscotch chips instead of white and half & half instead of cream. Took one to my neighbor and she loved it also. Yummy!!

I used more coffee that called for. The flavor was great, but the scones were a little dry. This is a great recipe for a quick treat, but from scratch is almost always better!!

This is a great and easy recipe! It tasted like chocolate chip cookies...I made a few substitutions...dried cranberries or blueberries for the dark chocolate chips. They were delicious!!

Oh Sandra Lee you are such an inspiration to me. Your recipes are simple and easy to make and they always come out excellent. As a result ..If my husband could he would do a back flip but instead he just stuffs his mouth and later on he says, " oh honey.....that was sooo good. Are there any leftovers for me to take to lunch tomorrow". NOBODY DOES IT LIKE SANDRA LEE! ................THANKS

I made these after watching the "Chocolate" episode. Instead of heavy cream I used liquid caramel coffee creamer. I don't think it made much of a difference because you couldnt taste the caramel. My scones did not come out dry at all but I think it's because I used 2 tablespoons of creamer instead of one. I was very pleased they were not dry. I added cranberries to a few of the scones like other reviews suggested....this really made them moist and sweet. I also made my scones round instead of in triangles. I will definatly make this again!
