This was absolutely delicious. My whole family could not stop eating this dish. Simple yet scrumptious. I love the idea of adding milk soaked bread into the meat, it gives it so much moisture and flavor! Love this dish. Thank you Tyler!

These meatballs are absolutely amazing!! I did try the Italian bulk pork sausage instead of just ground pork like some other reviewers and it was awesome! Think the wet bread crumbs are definitely key.....they came out moist & delicious and will be making this my meatball recipe from now on! The sauce was good as well but I always add a little bit of this & that to kind of make it my own! Thanks Tyler....as usual you do not disappoint!

These are hands down the best recipe for meatballs I have ever encountered! If you are debating on using this recipe because you are afraid of switching out your mother/grandmother's recipe just stop right now and make them, there will be NO REGRETS!! I made this recipe for a simple dinner party and they were so good everyone was amazed...just as I was. I have a soft spot in my foodie-soul for Tyler Florence recipes, and this one does not disappoint, so thank you, Tyler, for the BEST meatball recipe ever!!

Made this for the first time today though it has been sitting in my recipe box for over 2 years. I wish I would have made it sooner. I did make a couple of changes to the recipe though. I used mild Italian sausage instead of ground pork because our local marked did not have any plain pork. I did not use oil to brown the meatballs since the ground beef and sausage combo was fatty enough to provide oil for browning. All-in-all, came out GREAT! There is even enough left over for meatball sandwiches for lunch next week. Will definitely be using this recipe when entertaining guests. Thanks Tyler.

I would not recommend this recipe. I'm a seasoned cook, and needed a last minute recipe for meatballs. I didn't have my trusty "Ada Boni" cookbook available, so I then decided to try this recipe based on the good reviews. I followed the instructions thoroughly, and when the meatballs finally decided to finish cooking, they were inedible. I ended up throwing the meatballs in the trash, as I couldn't serve something so awful to my dinner guests.

Best meatballs I've ever tasted and the sauce was simple and perfect. I made them last week for the first time and have already had two requests for a repeat. Thanks Tyler!
