Excellent. Stays crunchy longer than I expected and gets better and better. Has become a family favorite. don't forget those inner celery leaves!

Good base for a bleu cheese dressing. Could be used as is, or add in what you like. I added onion & garlic powder, a little cayenne, and some fresh dill. I also added some shredded carrots with the celery, since I had them laying around.

To be a little healthier, you can also reduce the amount of bleu cheese, sour cream, and mayo. With the minor additions I listed above, it had more than enough flavor.

This recipe was more than delicious! Celery is packed with nutrition. This recipe will be a regular in this household. I used goat cheese instead of bleu cheese. Thanks Dave!!

This is easy and tasty. Different enough to impress guests but still so simple. The first time I made this, I followed the recipe. The second time, I added matchstick carrots. This will be a staple in my home.
