    I am Mexican and these are not chilaquiles. Chilaquiles by def are tortilla chips also called totopos in green or red sauce with cheese, onion, and sour cream. When you fried a tortilla whole, it is called a tostada and when you put egg on them it becomes huevos rancheros

    I wish someone would tell Bobby the correct pronunciation is "chi-top-tle," and not "chi-po-ta-le."

    Bobby Flay has done it again! I love chiliquiles. I discovered them on my honeymoon in Zihuatanejo years ago. I had never made them like this before. They are awesome!
