    I knew radicchio was bitter but yikes, a whole salad....way too bitter for most of my guest's taste. But at the end of the night after the slaw had been sitting with the dressing....yum ohhh! So make sure to make this ahead of time and let it really marinate in the dressing.

    While this salad was different and it looked very appetizing, the radichio was very bitter! I will try it with regular cabbage instead.

    I used pre-cut coleslaw instead b'cuz radiccio is to bitter for my husband and me. It was delicious!!!!! Thanks Rachael.
