One of my favorite recipes! Depending on who I'm making it for I'll substitute a spicier pepper, and everyone is always a happy camper.

For leftovers: pull apart some of the chicken and put it in a quesadilla with monterrey jack cheese and some of the mango salsa on top. YUM!

This chicken was packed with flavor, although it wasn't too spicy, and because some of my guests are averse to spicy foods, it was the perfect recipe for entertaining. Fourth of July was a hit!

It is a great American jerk recipe. Next time I will add more peppers and spices.

This recipe was easy to make. We made it down at the firehouse and everyone loved it. The mango salsa was out of control good, even just on chips.

If you want it to be spicy, leave in the seeds! The skimping on ingrediants will change the flavor. This dish can be spicy or mild depending on the peppers. Great job Bobby!

Yea not very spicey, But I live in a house where grilled chicken runs supreme. I LOVED the Salsa with it. On a summer day, its just the sort of thing you'd like next to a crunchy piece of chicken.

--- Melody I think you shouldn't be putting down Bobby, I think you need a shrink. You definately have some issues. If you are putting down someone you have - never met - and never will meet. Thats a bit rude, his one recipe let you down... so you need to freak out. Hey, everyone likes to drink, dont hate!

Although the chicken isn't as spicy as Jerk usually is, it is quite tasty and you can always add a litlle hot sauce for kick. The salsa is very refreashing. I would just like to say, that I do not know Flay, know no one who does, and even if neither were true would not comment on his personal life. The guy is a tv chef. Cook his recipes or don't, but , Melodie, this isn't the forum for your personal issues with someone else.I just want to know what people think of the recipe. Your review was ignored as a rant.

I wish they had deleted your second review as well.
And thanks to the other reviewers for the tips--I will definitely make the salsa!
