I just watched this show again today and she said zest of 1 whole orange. The recipe says 1 tsp. I'm thinking she must have made a larger batch because of the additional zest and 4 eggs instead of one as in the recipe.

The dough is tricky the first time you make it. Mine was a little too runny, I would have preferred a thicker dough.

Although this is not a traditional Churros recipe, it is still good. One egg for the amount of other ingredients is just right.
