I made this huge hit for my family and served it on top of black beans and rice. I used the premixed liquid margarita mix and it worked just great! The chicken was super moist and full of flavor! This one is a definate keeper!

I totally love the flavor of cilantro and I can never get enough. We made this recipe the way it is written with ONE exception. We used margarita mix instead of the frozen kind. Very good - we made it for company and we had no left overs!

If you would like to add more flavor - we pan fry sweet peppers and add a slice of provolone cheese... yum!

Dry, flavorless and not tasty by itself. I made this for my Semi-Edible Blog. For more of a review on this super simple russipe and other favorite wrecks of Aunt Sandy's check out Semi-Edible: http://semi-edible.blogspot.com/

I tried this last night from watching the episode on tv. The chicken was moist and tender. But the flavor was barely there and I followed the recipe exactly as described. But I see a difference in the recipe posted online calling for the grill-mates seasoning and I used the poultry seasoning mentioned on the episode. Maybe thats why it was just ok and lacking in flavor. Just one of those recipes I probably will not try again but I still luv Sandra Lee and all her shows.

Very easy chicken dish; moist, delicious, flavorful. Great paired with the Shredded Tex-mex salad with creamy lime dressing. Perfect on a hot summer night!

I substituted the concentrate and actual liquor for the leftovers in my bottle of Lawry's "Tequila Lime Marinade with Lime Juice" ... it was full of flavor.

This dish was easy to prepare and so very tasty. I love the cilantro and the lime flavors together. I have made this dish several times for dinner get togethers and every time it's a hit. I have substuted the margarita mix with lime juice and it's just as good (and cost less. Thanks Sandra.
