This pie took all of THREE SECONDS to make!! It was delicious and I loved that graham cracker crust. I didn't think it was out of this world good, but because it was so FAST to make, I give it five stars!

Such an easy and delicous recipe! I usesd boxed pudding from Trader Joe's (all natural and made my own whipped cream. I alwasys get asked for the recipe when I make this. It's not too heavy, just heavenly!
And to the person who rated this recipe 1 star, You didnt' even try the recipe so you shouldn't even be rating it. If someone wants to used boxed pudding, that's their choice. This recipe is from a BBQ pit Owner, not a food network chef.

My mom has been making homemade banana cream pie for YEARS...and every time I die. BUT! Just this last week my husbands mother made this recipe and I couldn't tell the difference between my mom's and my husband's mom's pie! Why not get the same product and spend less time on it?! I defiantly recommend this pie!!! :D

Isn't there someone who reviews recipes before they make it on "Food Netwok"? This recipe is already on the box of Jello people! It is super easy to make a homemade filling but you'll never know that if you just throw jello in a pie shell. And homemade is wayyyy more delicious. I thought that was what the Food Network was all about -- yummy food and teaching you how to make it.

We served this at a memorial day bbq right after some tangy chili rubbed ribs and it fit the bill perfectly. Just wait to make the whipped cream until right before service - outstanding and easy.
