this is definitely a crowd pleasing, different salad! Great for cookouts! However, Rachel is waaaaaaay off on the prep time. I've made this 3 times and the prep time is over an hour

Since the first time I made this recipe my Grandchildren (teenagers request this every holiday. Easy to make which is good because I'm handicapped. I still feel like I can contribute something. Thank you so much Rachael, you ROCK.

Overall, this salad had a great taste. It was somewhat time consuming chopping all the ingredients, even with a food processor. I would definitely make it again. My husband and I ate it with several meals over the weekend (and I caught my husband eating it right out of the refrigerator numerous times. I would probably make half the recipe for the just the two of us again. I did not add ham to it, and would probably do the same again.

When I watched Rachael make this I knew that it sounded like something I might like. When I made it for a party I didn't think that anyone would try it. I thought it was too chopped - But to my surprize many people loved it and asked me to make it again! It is like a big italian sandwhich without the bun. Although it would be great stuffed into a bulky Roll with pickles!! Thanks Rachael

This salad was easy and delicious. I took it to a potluck and everyone raved about it! The hardest part was all of the chopping and even that wasn't a big deal. Great summer salad.

I used hot mixture of hot cauliflower, carrots and peppers. I love hot spicy foods. There is room for change but a great recipe!!! This is a wonderful salad that keeps for a few days even if your the only one who eats it. Way to go Rachel!!! Keep them simple with easy everyday ingredients!!!

This was pretty good. I had never had the pickled veggies before so I was a skeptic. My daughter that doesn't really like many veggies even ate some. I only made a half recipe and I think I should have made the full recipe for the dressing. This is great for those of us on a low fat/carb diet. Great for a change for lunch.

This salad was so good I found friends sneaking bites out of the fridge! I served it on a bed of lettuce and with sandwiches. So easy! I'm going to make it this week as a compliment to spaghetti!

This was a fine recipe. It is definately a different type of salad. Everyone I made it for liked it but wasn't like this a an excellent salad. I would make it again and recommend it to someone who wants to try something new and different.
