    Simplistic recipe with a satisfactory outcome but for full enjoyment, double the item count for the sauce and double the pleasure of the flavor

    I love it! I couldn't stop nibbling while makeing the salad. It is really delicious! I agree with another reviewer who said he added more soy sauce, sugar and ginger. That's exactly what I did even before reading his review. Hey Paula, maybe you should try light dishes more often.

    Paula, you've done it again! This salad is great. It's a far cry from Southern cooking, but it's absolutely delicious and guilt-free. I loved it!

    A delicious, simply awesome Asian salad. It was so good that nothing, not a single bite, was left over for any late night noshing. In fact, it didn't make it beyond a half-hour after serving. My only recommendation: add more soy sauce, ginger and sugar to the recipe. Double it up and you'll find the taste will have you digging in for more. Bon appetite!

    Needed a summer salad to take to our family's traditional last summer party of the year. What a great salad. Everyone raved about it especially my husband. Almost didn't have any salad to take to the outing. Can't wait to try the other salads.
