This dish is delicious! What makes it even better is how easy it is to make. I'll definitely make this again!

I made this for my family and it was a huge hit. Even my younger sisters who are 9 and 11 and extremely picky both loved it and went for seconds. I'm deff going to make this move often.

We made this for our Sunday Night Family meal and everyone - kids, parents and grandparents, loved it. I ended up having to make another batch and was out of almonds, but substituted some spiced (chili & cinnamon pecans and it was still great.

Served with mashed potatoes, a fresh salad and some Lemoncello & Cranberry cocktails, it was a great evening!

This was a wonderfully simple and tasty chicken dish. I like the subtlety of the flavors. I don't always want big complicated flavors that overpower all the other elements of a meal. I followed the recipe exactly; however, in the future I may slightly reduce the scallions in the sauce. I particularly enjoyed the almonds in the crust. I served the meal with a rice pilaf, gresh green beans, and a nice white wine. Perfecto!!

I eat a lot of chicken and it can get so boring and sooo dry. Not this one. Very simple. I doubled the recipe and it came out fine. Also I sauteed some mushrooms and onions and put a little over the chicken with the sauce. Served some fresh spinach on the side and it was great!
