    very different, loved making this recipe, but I'm not a fan of the roasted red peppers I used on this sandwich...I did get to try a cheese that I've never heard of before :

    LOVED this sandwich. I thought I would not like it without the butter on the outside to give it the extra flavor, but it really did not need it. The cheese has an awesome flavor.
