I just tried this and the only thing I changed was added 1/2 a T. more butter because I had such a big pan, and I put in some diced shallots (gotta try that folks. This was beyond delicious and I'm now a big fan of kale. It really is set off with the Marsala and mushrooms mucho tasty!!!! I'm making another big pan of this tomorrow!!!

Very good-had never tried Kale before-trying to eat healthier. Did use the fat free chicken broth at the end instead of the Marsala. Divided the Kale in 1/2-made it this way plus tried another recipe on here...Smoked Kale chips-both were very tasty!

Very good! I left out the butter, quartered the mushrooms (instead of halved and added red pepper flakes and some cajun seasoning. Tasty!

Very good i never really cared for kale but this recipe changed my mind. Of course i added more butter and let the kale cook a long time putting the lid on top until it was soft the way i preferred it. The mushrooms go hand in hand with the kale i don't think i would make one without the other. I am thinking about adding red pepper flakes next time for some spice.

The kale came out very tough and needed more cooking time. Salvaged the mushrooms and tossed the rest.

Wow! I'll make this one over and over again. I've used kale in soups, but never as a side vegetable. I've read about the health benefits of kale, so am trying to incorporate it into more of my meals - this brought rave reviews from my boyfriend as well. Can't wait to make it again!

I too, am a first timer with eating kale. The smell while cooking was wonderful and the taste of the end product was even more wonderful!!! You won't be disappointed with this one!!!

Never had fixed Kale before, and my boyfriend and I were looking to fix a side dish that was out of the "norm"....this dish absolutely hit the spot!!! It was awesome and we have fixed it several other times and have found a new favorite green veggie! Thanks Rachael!!
