made it once, it was a little dry but still AWESOME. made it again but DID NOT DRAIN THE TOMATOES and it didn't even need extra pasta water, and it tasted even more AWESOME!

Quick-easy-delicious and meatless. You can adjust the spice as you like - I also used white wine instead of stock. Next time I'll try red wine. Perfect meal anytime!!!

This is a great change for a meatless, tomato-based sauces. It has become a family favorite and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. Yum!

I made this out of my new Rachael Ray cookbook, as I need a way to add protein to pasta dishes for my daycare kids. This was a total hit, and it even got the review 'better than sketti' from a normally picky toddler. Super easy and pocket-friendly too.

Super fast and super easy. I used wine, fresh thyme and diced tomatoes. A ladle of water is KEY. A great meal that is quicker and tastier than fast food even after a 14hr day...

I like to make pasta on wednesday nights so I thought I would give this a try as it was yesterdays recipe of the day. It is totally delicious and had a great gourmet taste for a frugal price. Its ultra healthy and a good diet food if you use whole wheat pasta. Use the wine (I used chardonnay instead of broth and I subbed a mixed italian seasoning for the thyme (I was out!. I had read the reviews and doubled the crushed tomatoes as suggested by another user- this is a must! My picky husband and two year old LOVED it! This one will become part of the permanent collection of favorite recipes! GO RACHAEL!

I added some onion in the beginning, and I did a full 28oz. can of tomatoes instead of 14oz. (Some reviews stated that it was too dry with only 14oz. It was wonderful, and the next time I made it, I added some red wine to the sauce. DELISH!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was just as quick & easy to make as it looked on TV, and was so good, even the kids liked it! We'll be making this one again.

This is just delicious! The chickpeas give the sauce a creamy texture so that it almost seems like a cream sauce...minus the cream! I did had a few tablespoons of tomato paste to the sauce towards the end because it needed a bit of thickening. Other than that I wouldn't change a think and I will definitely make it again!
