I made a similar white bean bruschetta from Serious Eats which I would rate 5 stars, it was fantastic--I decreased the evoo to 2 Tbsps (from 3 and used a mix of tomatoes and roasted red peppers

I'm unable to post the link to that recipe but a quick search on Serious Eats should lead you right to it--good luck!

How about some constructive criticism on what exactly you didn't like about it and how someone could possibly fix it if they still wanted to try it? I'd like to try it but would like suggestions on what would make it great.

First I thought it was because I only drained the beans and thought I should rinse them, but its not rinsing that would help. I am regret buying two cans of beans to make this. Awful

Food Network stopped being about either food or cooking a loooooooooooooong time ago. Now it's all about branding and loudmouth "personalities." Guess I'll just go back to PBS where food TV began for me with Julia Child and Graham Kerr.

It is amazing what passes for a recipe at Food Network these days.

I made this, took one bite and through it out. I wouldn't make it again. If you are going to make this in the food prosessor make sure to puree the garlic first. It does not mix well if you put everything in at once.
