    excelent recipe...i love it,never had quiche or even tried to make it before,tastes great although it was to moist the cauliflower was completly dry,i think i put to much butter when i coated the plate,used ham and swiss cheese...very good will make it again and try to improve on it.

    Excellent quiche! Moist and stays together after being cooked. You could switch up different cheeses, meats and veggies and it still comes out great! Try broccoli, chicken and feta. Delicious!

    The Perfect Quiche. A definite crowd pleaser. After reading the other reviews, I agree, the cauliflower could be adding extra undesireable moisture. Patting the cauliflower dry is a good solution. Today I made this dish for the 4th time. Make sure to use plain old deli ham. Last time I used a black forrest ham and it was unbearably salty. Cooking time for the quiche has been consistently 50 minutes and turned out well each time.

    Excellent! Crustless made it much faster & easier to prepare. I used swiss cheese - excellent! Just let the cauliflower air dry before combining with other ingredients. Delicious, delicious, delicious!

    So flavorful and simple to make! I used swiss because I had it in the fridge and it was wonderful! Reading the other reviews, I drained the cauliflower and then spread it out on a clean dish towel while I got all the other pieces of this quiche together. The finished product was a perfect texture and was not mushy in the slightest!

    I made this quiche for my family to use up leftover Christmas ham, and it turned out beautifully. I made it exactly as written without any substitions. Definitely use the gruyere, but it can be a bit pricy. Totally worth it. It is rich and creamy and now my go-to quiche recipe. Enjoy!

    Another hit with my family. I'd like to think that the crustless factor means this quiche has fewer calories, but I doubt it. I did have a little runniness with mine as well. Next time I will pat the cauliflower dry. The possibilities are endless with this recipe.

    Made this for mothers day. Didnt have ham so I used turkey bacon. The cauliflower was delicious. I will definitly make this again. I assembled the whole thing the night before & just popped in the oven the next morning.

    I made this with grilled chicken breasts because I didn't have any ham. It was so easy to put together and the cooking time wasn't bad either. I didn't know if my family would like quiche or not but I think with the Parm. cheese "crust", they went nuts for it; even my husband. Next time I make it (which will be soon I'm gonna make two; one as the recipe states (maybe with added fresh mushrooms and one with chicken and asparagus. Such a great (easy recipe--THANKI YOU Food Network!!

    The only recommedation that I could make to the original recipe would be stressing the fact that the cooked cauliflower needs to be patted dry before adding to the mixture. That would solve the problem of the added moisture that I discovered and read in a review.

    I also made this recipe with sliced chicken sausage and some leftover asparagus and potatoes from dinner the night before and got rave reviews. The one that I made with broccoli was delicious as well.

    Very impressive!
