I loved this recipe! I used halibut instead of swordfish(high in mercury and it was wonderful. I baked for 25 min at 400. This is a keeper and I will use next time I have company!

First impression was the aroma and the steam that came from the just opened bag (because we had no bags, we used parchment, about 12"square. Next was the presentation of the contents, with the white fish (swordfish, and the multi colored vegtables. Last but not the least, was the taste....so many great flavors, and the fish was so moist, and the vegtables were wonderful. All the guests (8 were blown away. This was the first time we had made this dish, and it may become a standard.

The bag makes the meal fun and the ingredients can be prepared ahead of time (assembly and cook time are less than 20 minutes!. This works well with Tilapia but you will need to kick up the spices a bit to make up for the blandness of the fish.

I had just made swordfish two nights earlier so I made this with nice thick cod filets that my husband had caught. Excellent choice. Fish needed more time though.

This is one great recipe. My guests loved it and were impressed with my cooking (and I have JUST started cooking!. The ingredients added up to a perfect flavor. The presentation in the bag was a great touch. I remade the entire meal just as Michael had on the episode that featured this recipe and everything came out wonderfully. Thank you for helping me become a more confident cook. I figure I can make this 20 more times before I have to invite over the same couples again!

I used the rec for the med sauce for a topping for some pilaf. Being vegetarian, I left off the fish. The med sauce is so tasty and versatile. Will use the sauce for many different dishes.

I tried this dish for a dinner party and it was fabulous. The flavours were amazing. My husband didn't like the swordfish. He thought it was a little bitter but I will definitely make it again with a dierent fish. Eay to make recommend it to anyone.

This would get a 5 star if it was just in a parchment pocket or foil. The paper bag burnt in the oven and fell apart completely. :(
BUT the flavors were amazing!!! I recommend just making it minus the lunch bag.
This is a keeper in our family...

The tomato mixture was excellent but the rest of the recipe did not work for me at all. I substituted Marlin- which may have been a problem. The fish was raw after 30 minutes plus all the pasta stuck to the bag. I usually love Michaels recipes but I won't be making this again.
