there's no other way to make turkey, period. I don't usually make the sandwiches, but this is the best turkey brine and rub for the most moist delicious turkey u've ever eaten...

I have been trying alot of Aarons recipes, and this is my FAV. The turkey comes out so moist and juicy. I was afraid of brining at first, but I am all about the brine for my turkey from now on, and its super easy and fast. LOV LOVE LOVE it.

Finally, a brine and rub for turkey that made turkey worth eating. I'm glad I don't live in your house Aaron, I'd weigh 400 pounds! I did change the mayo to Greek yogurt as someone else did to lower the fat. I have never seen anyone take so much time and put in so much effort for sandwiches, but that's what it takes to make a meal come out perfect. Loved your short rib sandwiches too, man!

This is the best turkey breast I have ever had baked, I normally deep fry my turkey but I am trying to eat better. This turkey breast was full of flavor and so moist. I dont mind eating turkey fold overs any more.. Great recipe!!!

I used this method for a whole turkey it was great. I did make a few adjustments. I used 2 cups of salt and 3 gallons of water and my turkey was 12lb. I did not use any ice though. I also put the turkey in a oven bag. It was so moist it fell of the bone. My only recommendation would be not put the extra salt in the mayo mix. It would be to much. Also do not make the mayo mix ahead, it will thicken if you do and will not dissolve as easy in the turkey. The flavor will still be good, but you will have pockets of seasonings in the skin, that will need to be scraped off. But the flavor is still all over the meat. But so good.

Aaron, thanks for this recipe I used it on a whole chicken and it was the bomb. Everyone loved it and it was a new way to roast the chicken. To cut the fat I used greek yougurt instead of mayo and it was still great. Everytime I watch your show I go out and make something from the episode because you make it easy, flavorfull and fun!! Keep up the great job.
