This is the best Turkey I have ever tasted. My husband and son just loved it too. I have brined other turkeys before, but the flavor on this one is just way above anything I have ever tasted. I highly recommend trying this recipe. It is very easy to do too. The only thing I could recommend is to buy the biggest turkey breast you can or make 2. It goes quickly!!

I loved this recipe. I made it weeks ago and my boyfriend is still raving about how it's was the best turkey sandwich he's had. I can't wait to make it again. I followed the recipe to a tee and tweaked it with a little more rosemary. The turkey cooked in two hours and 10 min for 6 lbs. I also used onion rolls instead of plain bread which added a nice touch. Thanks Aaron!

I made this recipe on a Saturday evening for my family which consists of 3 very picky girls, I ave never seen them clean their plates quicker than they did with ths recipe! The turkey buy itself was amazing. I did the exact recipe, and it wasn't too salty and the seasonings were not overpowering. It was fantastic. My husband said it was the best turkey club he ever tasted. Thank you for making it so simple, and making me feel like a chef!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!

But I think if I had put the full 3 T of salt in the rub it would have been too much. My husband doesn't care for cilantro so I skipped the mayo and paired it with a multigrain bread and Swiss for him, provolone for me and made paninis. Very good!

I made this recipe shortly after I saw the show and I must say it turn out great. I,m not much for cooking dishes that call for a brine, it appears to be like a lot of work however, I gave it a try. Let me say that the turkey turn out to be the best I have every made. The meat was tender, and juicy. When it can out of the oven I wanted to take a picture of it. Keep up the good work! I am thinking about preparing my Thanksgiving turkey this way.

This was excellent. I loved the comments and ummms. The Breast was perfectly cooked. It was moist and delicious. I am sensitive to salt so I cut the brine in half and was afraid it would be too salty but it was not. The rub and dressing were great I can see myself using it for pork roast and baked salmon. This was worth the time. It's a winner.

OMG Aaron, I just made the turkey club for dinner today, and it was the juciest, most well seasoned turkey breast I have ever had. Cooking for people you love shouldn't be too much work, it is after all a labor of love. Thank you for this recipe, I am going to try this with a whole turkey, and "spring" Thanksgiving dinner on 'em for Easter. They are going to absolutely rave. Love the show, keep that good food coming.

Well, I did make this recipe, it looked so good on todays show I went to the store and bought a Turkey breast (same thing he had on the show In one part of the recipe it says "add all brine ingrediants" well,. I did that. (oops the recipe don't state where the brine recipe ends So the Paprika and garlic powder got added to the brine. (no big deal more spice but the way this recipe is written it's really confussing. Also I baked the turkey for 1 1/2 hours like it stated and exspected dinner at 6:30 (it was still raw in the middle but the outside was really chrispy.. (go figure I am a really good cook and have been cooking 16 years. I won't make this again. Although I like big daddys show this one was really disapointing.
