This was a great recipe. I made it using a pie crust and it was really good.

So Good and very easy to make. Robin, you are so down to earth with most of your recipes and we really enjoy watching you with your smiling face. Keep up the good work, you are so down to earth with your recipes, and most of the time they are not complicated at all. Thanks again!

These would be divine with cream cheese as well.

These are a pretty little dessert for any night of the week. They're elegant enough to entertain, but easy enough to whip up if you're just feeling snacky. Like other reviewers, I had some trouble tying the knots. I used jelly instead of preserves, so that might be part of the problem. While I was tying the knots, the filling was squishing out and the pastry was slipping around. But in the end, they were beautiful and tasty!

I agree with the other poster about tying these in knots. I gave up after three and just did twists and they turned out great (and were less fussy to prepare that way.

I also gave them an egg wash and sprinkled sugar on them before putting them in the oven.

I used blood orange marmalade instead of apricot preserves and they were a HIT this morning with coffee. Definitely something I'll make again, but I'll keep twisting, not tying.

Perhaps I am not the sharpest crayon in the box, but I couldn't figure out how to tie these into knots. I cute them crosswise and not only were the preserves coming out of the sides, but they were too short to tie in knots, so I just made twists. I thought this recipe tasted really good, but I'm giving it 4 stars based on directions.

I used peach preserves and it was soooo quick, light, and delicious!
