These cupcakes are great! I made a few today and loved them! The batter stays together wonderfully and the decorations add an outstanding touch! These will make the perfect edition at my Halloween Party- thank you Food Network!

I made these the other night...and I am NOT a baker, they were a lot of fun and a huge hit!!! I couldn't find chocolate wafers in any store, so I made those from scratch as well..they were easy to make and well worth it!!

is this too hard to make?
i want to know because i want to make some for my class.
i have 33 classmates. do you think i should only make them for my friends?

After practicing on a few cupcakes, I was able to find the best angle in which to insert the blade and cut out the cones, The rest of the decorating was a snap and really fun. Best of all, the completed cupcakes had such a warm reception.

TIP: I found it easiest to cut out the cones using the little saw from a pumpkin carving kit.

This recipe was awesome! The frosting was the best part. The hats are hard to cut out, so I just put eyes and a nose and called it a day. They were gone in 5 minutes, everyone loved them!

I baked these for my son's school Halloween party, and every kid (and the other moms went crazy for them! With a little practice, it's easy to make them just as cute as the photo! And if you can't, the beauty is that witches are supposed to be ugly!

This recipe caught my attention because it looked so nice in the picture and seemed to much fun to make. Man were looks deceiving.
The icing was so heaviy that it was not edible.
The cup cakes were also heavy because there is so much chocolate needed.
The cup cakes looked good but I could not bring myself to even eat half of one.
Very desappointed and will never make them again.

The icing is unbelievable! And...the cupcakes themselves were such a hit. Everyone loved the idea of the witches. It made me look so clever...I love that!
