This cake is very easy to make. The presentation also adds to the enjoyment of making this cake. My family loved this cake, especially my husband. I don't expect it to last very long!

I personally did not like this cake. It came out beautifully but i did not expect it to take so much like a spice cake. I was thinking with the apples in the cake, it would taste like apple. it made a beautiful appearance with the carmel & pecan topping but it just didn't seem to "go with" the taste of the cake.

Still new to baking, this was pretty easy and a hit at our halloween party. This sweet cake is also good the next day. It's a hit!
